Darling set from Simplicity pattern 1406 that was made just for the Betsy Wetsy/ Tiny Tears dolls back in the 50's. The sunsuit has a rumba bottom in yellow lace and lace across the bib. There is elastic at the leg openings and at the waist. Sunsuit snaps in front under the bib. The bonnet has coordinating lace, satin flowers at the ears and ties in front with satin ribbons. Four piece set for 11 inch Betsy Wetsy, Boopsie (Baby Mine), Littlest Angel, Gerber Baby, Little Debbie, Kewpie or similar size dolls and includes, pants, shirt, shoes and socks.
