Q: Do you take special orders?
A: Yes, if I've made the outfit before and you want it in a different fabric or color.

Q: What if I want an outfit that I don't see on your web site?
A: You may email me with your request to see if it can be made for you.

A picture of the outfit you would like is very helpful to me.

Q: What if I see an outfit I like, but it is on a different doll than I want it for?
A: If I have a doll like yours in my shop I can make the same outfit to fit your doll.

If I do not have your doll in stock, then you will need to send your doll to me so your outfit will fit your doll correctly.

Q: How do I pay for a special order?
A: You can pay for your order through Paypal using any major credit card or echeck or send your payment to me using the printable order form from the website.

The printable order form has all the information you should need to make either payment.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will go out in 1-14 days depending on what season it is.

I usually make one outfit for the photo and cut out several exact copies at the same time. The copies are easier to store if they are flat, so they are put together when an order comes in. It takes a day or two to put your order together depending on how busy I am at the time. Routinely the order is off to you within 4 days or sooner.

Q: What if I find an outfit I like, but don't like the fabric?
A: No problem! I have lots and lots and lots of fabric here in the shop. Let me know what you would like and I can send you pictures of what is available.

Q: What kind of fabric do you have?
A: All my fabric is brand new.

There is a wide selection of holiday fabrics; 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentines, Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick's Day ~ winter, fall, spring, and summer too! And then there is also; taffeta, felt, lace, knits, flux fur, flannel, gingahms, prints, solids, organdy, velvet, satin, silk, plaid, corduroy, mesh, tulle, eyelet, strips, polkadots, checks, speciality fabrics for a specific doll, burlap, cotton, polyester, fleece ~ just to name a few.

Crocheted booties, hats and bonnets are also available.

Q: Can I get a lower price on my shipping?
A: I ship items mostly Priority because of the protection the box gives your items.

If you would like a different method let me know. First Class Mail is available when you use the mail in order form. Paypal has a fixed amount and can not be changed for an individual order when ordered off the website. If you use Paypal as you would to pay for a special order you will be able to put in the postage amount ($2.34 or six stamps for first item) ~ see printable order form on the website for more information on shipping charges.

Q: Can I buy a part of an outfit separately? Like a jacket or just the dress?
A: Of course. Just let me know and I will list it as a separate on the page for you.

Q: Are the dolls that are modeling the clothes for sale?
A: No. There is a "Dolls for Sale" page on the website where I list dolls that are no longer needed for models. Some dolls are waiting to be listed ~ so it nevers hurts to ask if I have one you are looking for.

Q: Can I give you my charge card number to pay?
A: No. I'm only set up to receive credit cards through Paypal. If you send your payment it will need to be in the form of a check, money order or cash. If you send cash, please hide it well between paper.
