Q: Do you take special orders?
A: Not at the present time.



Q: What if I want an outfit that I don't see on your web site?
A: You may email me with your request to see if I can be make it.

A picture of the outfit you would like is very helpful to me.




Q: What if I see an outfit I like, but it is on a different doll than I want it for?
A: If I have a doll like yours in my shop I can make the same outfit to fit your doll.

If I do not have your doll in stock, then you will need to send your doll to me so your outfit will fit your doll correctly.




Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Paypal accepts all major credit card and e-checks, so they are who I use for my website.



Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will go out in 1-7 days depending on what season it is.

I usually make one outfit for the photo and cut out several exact copies at the same time. The copies are easier to store if they are flat, so they are put together when an order comes in. It takes a day or two to put your order together depending on how busy I am at the time. Routinely the order is off to you within 4 business days.




Q: Can I return my order?
A: All sales are final, unless your have been preauthorized to return your item by Jan. Please look under the policy page for more information on returns.



Q: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
A: Please refer to the Business Policy page for more information concerning this.



Q: Can I get a lower price on my shipping?
A: Paypal has a fixed amount and can not be changed for an individual order. I am looking into how to change this, but have not figured it out yet.



Q: Can I buy a part of an outfit separately? Like a jacket or just the dress?
A: Of course. Just let me know and I will list it as a separate on the page for you.



Q: Are the dolls that are modeling the clothes for sale?
A: No. There is a "Dolls for Sale" page on the website where I list dolls that are no longer needed for models. Some dolls are waiting to be listed ~ so it nevers hurts to ask if I have one you are looking for.



Q: Can I give you my charge card number to pay?
A: No. Sorry, I'm only set up to receive payments through Paypal.
