Q: Do you take special orders?
A: Yes and No It all depends on what you are needing in your special order. Currently I can only use the supplies I have on hand. If you want a special fabric you will have to supply it. I will do my best to help you in any way I can.

Q: What if I want an outfit that I don't see on your web site?
A: You may send me your request via email or snail mail. I will do my best to help you in anyway I can to dress your doll the way you want. if you have a picture of the outfit you would like that would be very helpful to me.

Q: What if I see an outfit I like, but it is on a different doll, and I would like that outfit for my doll?
A: I can duplicate any outfit you see in my shop. Hopefully I have a doll like yours here so your outfit will fit perfectly. If I do not have your doll, I will need measurements from your doll, so I can make new pattern of the outfit you want for your doll.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can use Paypal, send me a personal check or money order. Paypal accepts all major credit card and e-checks as well. If you send cash please hide it well in the envelope. There is a link to a printable mail in order form on the home page so you can send me your information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will go out in 3-14 days depending on what season it is. Your order is made when I receive it, so it all depends on how many orders are ahead of yours in how long it will take for your order to go out. But, generally it takes me around 3 days from start to finish. On special orders this time may vary due to having to make a new pattern.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: All sales are final. However if you receive preauthorization from Jan you may be able to return your item. Please look on the Business Policy page for more information regarding returns. If for some reason the item does not fit your doll, please let me know as soon as possible so I can help you arrange an exchange.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
A: Please refer to the Business Policy page for more information concerning this.

Q: Can I get a lower price on my shipping?
A: The shipping amount you are charged when you order is very close to the actual cost for shipping by priority mail. If you would like your package mailed by another method, please let me know when you order and I will adjust the shipping charges through paypal or send you your change in the mail.

Q: Can I buy a part of an outfit separately? Like a jacket or just the dress?
A: Of course! Just let me know and I will list what you are needing as a separate on the page of the doll you are wanting that item for.

Q: Are the dolls that are modeling the clothes for sale?
A: No. There is a "Dolls for Sale" page on the website listed under What's In The Closet where I list dolls that are no longer needed as models. I do have some dolls that are waiting to be repaired ~ so it never hurts to ask if I have the one you are looking for.

Q: I don't have a Paypal account. Can I give you my charge card number to pay?
A: No. Sorry, I'm only set up to receive payments through Paypal with regard to charge cards. Signing up for a Paypal account is free (you will have to have an email address and give them your bank information when you sign up for the account).

Q: Are you open all year around?
A: No. I am closed twice a year.
May 15 through June 6 December 15 through January 5.
Any orders received during these time are held until the shop reopens.
