The blouse snaps down the front under white button accents. There is a little blue bird on the front of the blouse. The westik is in a bright red with a blue bird transfer on the front of it also. The panties have elastic at the waist and lace trimmed leg openings. The cap is of the same fabric as the skirt and has a larger blue bird on it.
