The dress has patches on the front. Dress fastens in back with snaps with accent golden safety pin affixed like the one she came with. The panties are white cotton with an elastic waistband and elasticized lace trim leg openings. The tear is made of clear acrylic and can be fastened to Little Miss No Names face using Elmer's Liquid School Glue (not included) or the clear gel putty double sided sticky glue dot that I have included.
